The People Say: “NOT MY PRESIDENT”

It’s not clear whether these are spontaneous or planned protests or an amalgam of the two. It’s not clear who or what is organizing these mass demonstrations.

One thing is clear: Americans are saying he is #NotMyPresident from the Eastern shores to the Midwest over to the West coast.

But more alarm bells are ringing. The tweet below illustrates the non-Constitutional, authoritarian clamp-down on civil liberties we can expect from a Trump Administration.

Below is a collection of videos, images and tweets from the first widespread civil protests in this country for a long long time. These are from 10 November, the first night – more are planned.

  1. How can you have respect for someone that have no fitler. This man has no business near the White House. I’m glad there will be a recount. This man disrepected a sitting President, never apologized, insulted women, the list go on. They need to do away with the electorial college, it is a joke. Sadly, if the people can’t see he’s not for them, ask the people he didnt pay or the undocument workers he employ
